Payment Methods

We accept payment by Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Money Orders. Payments by personal check will delay shipping by seven days to allow for the transfer of funds.

 

Shipping Information

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends. In order to get your merchandise to you as fast as possible and keep your shipping cost as low as possible our standard shippig method is based on the total weight of your order. Depending on weight,orders are shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS)First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Shipping times vary based on the "ship to" zip code. Typical delivery times are as follows: for each

USPS First Class Mail 1 to 3 Days
USPS Parcel Post 5 to 7 Days
USPS Priority Mail 2 to 3 Days
USPS Express Mail 1 to 2 days

We will also notify you of any backorders before shipping. The exception to the 48 hour shipping policy is for orders paid for by personal check. These orders are delayed for seven days to allow for the transfer of funds before shipping.

 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. Marigold’s Good Things Emporium offers a 10 day Money Back Guarantee. If you need to return an item please request a return authorization number (RA#) at Info@marigoldsgte.com specifying your order number, the product being returned and the reason for return. Shipping charges and credit-card processing charges are not refundable. Please allow at least one billing cycle from the date of return for you to see a credit card credit transaction on your statement. Goods Damaged in Shipment

We make every effort to package your item as carefully as possible. If an item is damaged during shipment we will assist you, but your prompt action is required. It is imperative you notify us and the carrier immediately. You must save the damaged item and the original packing material for inspection. Please note: if you dispose of the item and the packing material, we will not be able to assist you on your claim. UPS claims should be submitted to UPS customer service at 1-800-742-5877.
